Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

0.75 cup milk, 1%
2 scoops Elance vanilla protein
0.5 cup pumpkin puree
0.5 cup crushed ice
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
0.5 cup greek nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon black chia seeds

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and top with additional pumpkin spice for extra flavor of the season!  Blend to desired consistency.  Substitute a dairy free alternative to milk if you want.
